HOA DUES:
Dues for 2024 are payable on or before JANUARY 31, 2024 to avoid Late Fees.
Homeowners must remain in Good Standing with the HOA in order to have use of the amenities. The pool access key issued to a homeowner will automatically be deactivated for those with outstanding balances and/or covenant violations until they are again in good standing with the HOA. Clubhouse rentals are also not available to those who are not in good standing.
POOL KEY:
A pool key is “REQUIRED” to enter the pool area. For information on how to obtain an “ACTIVATED” pool key for the 2024 Swim Season, send an email to: willowslegendcreek@gmail.com. Please include your Name/Address/Phone in your email.
